- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dried whole thyme - 1/2 tsp
- dried whole oregano - 1/2 tsp
- ground red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- catfish fillets - 10 (4
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
- fresh oregano and thyme - 1 item
How to make herbed grilled catfish:
Combine first seven ingredients. Sprinkle mixture evenly on both sides of fillets. Place fillets in a grilling basket coated with cooking spray. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place basket on rack. Grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter. If desired, garnish with oregano and thyme. Yields 10 servings.Has 142 calories per serving, 4.8 g fat, 219 mg sodium, 44 mg cholesterol.
