Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts - 4 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make herbed chicken:
Stew chicken; cool. Reserving 2 cups broth, remove chicken from bone and tear into bite size pieces; place in shallow 3-quart baking dish. Combine soups and 1 cup of broth; pour over the chicken. Mix butter and remaining 1 cup broth. Stir in stuffing. Spoon over chicken. Bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
