Ingredients/Components
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 c
- bunch parsley - 1 item
- bunch thyme - 1 item
- sprig celery - 1 item
- bunches scallions, remove tips and bottoms - 4 item
- medium or 2 large onions, peeled - 3 item
- large head garlic, peeled - 1 item
- inch fresh ginger, peeled - 1 item
How to make herb marinade:
Wash herbs. Peel scallions, onions and garlic. Put in blender with vinegar; add salt. Store in clean bottles. Refrigerate.Use to marinate meats, fish, poultry, etc. Add to sauces, beans, vegetables and soups.
