Herb-cooked halibut
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- minced fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- minced green onion tops - 1/4 c
- halibut or enough for 4 - 1 lb
How to make herb-cooked halibut:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Take 4 pieces of 12 x 12-inch foil, spray with Pam. Lay fish fillet on each. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil on top of fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
