Ingredients/Components

  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • minced fresh parsley - 1/4 c
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • dried basil - 1 tsp
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • minced green onion tops - 1/4 c
  • halibut or enough for 4 - 1 lb

How to make herb-cooked halibut:

Combine first 6 ingredients. Take 4 pieces of 12 x 12-inch foil, spray with Pam. Lay fish fillet on each. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil on top of fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken broth around the fish. Divide mixture on top of e
