Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- fresh herbs or 2 Tbsp - 3 Tbsp
How to make herb butter:
Let margarine soften, then combine with the herbs. Let stand at least 1 hour before using to let flavors set. Will keep in refrigerator several days or can be frozen. Serve with bread, vegetables, meats, etc.Some herbs to try: Chives, garlic chives, thyme, sage, tarragon, rosemary, mint, basil, dill, fennel, lemon balm or any combination.
