Heavenly dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- heavy cream - 1 pt
- bag miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, in natural juice - 1 item
How to make heavenly dessert:
Drain juice from pineapple into small bowl. In medium saucepan mix sugar and eggs until smooth. Add pineapple juice to mixture. Cook at medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat. Cool.When syrup is cool, combine in a large bowl, marshmallows, crushed pineapple and cooled syrup. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Next day whip the heavy cream and fold into dessert. Keep refrigerated until serving.
