Ingredients/Components
- water
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- carrot slices - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 3/4 lb
- cubed potatoes - 1 c
- celery slices - 1/2 c
- cubed ham - 1 c
How to make hearty winter soup:
Bring water, potatoes, carrots, and celery to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Yields 4 (1 cup) servings.Recipe categories: Potato, Soups & stews, Onions.
