- pkg - 1 oz
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and diced - 2 item
- bottle Bloody Mary mix - 1 oz
- roast, cut into small pieces - 1 lb
How to make hearty vegetable beef soup:
Place roast, Bloody Mary mix, tomatoes and potatoes in crock-pot. Cook on high 4 to 6 hours. Add frozen vegetables and cook on high another 30 minutes to 1 hour or until vegetables are cooked and meat is tender.The secret to this soup is the roast; you may use any type of beef you like, but only roast beef will be truly tender and taste just right.
