Hearty tortellini soup
Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- frozen cheese tortellini - 8 oz
- frozen spinach, thawed - 10 oz
- can stewed tomatoes, undrained - 16 oz
- coarsely chopped, grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make hearty tortellini soup:
In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes more. Serve topped with cheese.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Pasta, Ravioli/tortellini.
