  • can chunk pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
  • low-fat vanilla yogurt - 4 oz
  • pear, chopped - 1 item
  • to 3 apples, cut into bite-size chunks with peel - 2 item

How to make healthy fruit salad:

Blend all ingredients together. Chill. Other fruits in season may be added such as blueberries, strawberries, etc.
