Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- shredded carrots
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- corn oil - 1/4 c
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cabbage - 6 c
- small red onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium chopped green pepper - 1 item
How to make health salad:
In large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion. Stir together vinegar, corn oil, sugar, celery seed and garlic salt. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
