Health salad



  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • shredded carrots
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • corn oil - 1/4 c
  • celery seed - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded cabbage - 6 c
  • small red onion, sliced - 1 item
  • medium chopped green pepper - 1 item

How to make health salad:

In large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion. Stir together vinegar, corn oil, sugar, celery seed and garlic salt. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
