Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- margarine or butter
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- walnuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, with juice - 1 oz
How to make hawaiian wedding cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. margarine or butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly blended. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.Frosting: Cream all ingredients together until smooth.
