Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • margarine or butter
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, with juice - 1 oz

How to make hawaiian wedding cake:

Frosting:1/2 c. margarine or butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly blended. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Cream all ingredients together until smooth.
