- milk - 4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- 3 - 3 pkg
- flaked coconut, toasted - 2 c
- coconut extract
- heavy cream, whipped and sweetened - 2 c
How to make hawaiian dessert:
Mix cake according to directions. Make two 9 x 13-inch cakes. Cool. Mix pudding, cream cheese, milk and extract. Beat well. Stir in pineapple. Spread on cooled cakes. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut. You can use Cool Whip instead of whipping cream. May be frozen up to 1 month.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
