Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make hawaiian dessert:
Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with vanilla wafers. Mix together pineapple, lemon juice, Eagle Brand milk, coconut, pecans and bananas. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over vanilla wafers. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.P.S. If you put the sliced bananas in lemon juice, they will not turn brown.
