Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- slivered almonds optional - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1 tsp
- chicken, cut up and skinned - 1 item
- bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 item
- tomatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil on all sides. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour over chicken. Add pineapple and other vegetables. CRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
