Hawaiian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
After cooking the chicken, pull out the bones and cut into bite size pieces. Place in baking dish, adding the pineapple. Saute diced celery in margarine; add chicken.For your sauce: Use vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and cornstarch; mix well, then cook until it begins to thicken. Add to chicken and other ingredients (may add a few drops of red food coloring). Place in baking dish. Cover and cook in oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
