Ingredients/Components
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened - 1- item
- c chopped pecans - 1/2 item
- c cold milk - 1 item
- pkg yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 5 1/2 pkg instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- 9 oz carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed - 1- item
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained - 1- item
- c chopped maraschino cherries, drained - 1/2 item
- c flaked coconut - 1/2 item
How to make hawaiian cake:
Prepared cake mix according to directions. Pour into jelly roll pan, 10 x 15 in (greased) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Blend pudding mix with milk. Beat cream cheese into pudding; mix until smooth. Stirring by hand, fold in whipping cream into pudding and cheese mixture. Spread mixture over top and sides of cooled cake. Spread drained pineapple over pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries and coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Puddings and mousses.
