- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 6 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- can crushed pineapple and syrup - 1 oz
- Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°
How to make hawaiian cake:
Mix all dry ingredients; stir by hand into egg and pineapple. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°. Cool before putting on topping.Topping:1 stick margarine3 c. powdered sugar6 oz. pkg. cream cheese2 tsp. vanillaRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Puddings and mousses.
