  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 6 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • flaked coconut - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 3 c
  • can crushed pineapple and syrup - 1 oz
  • Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°

How to make hawaiian cake:

Mix all dry ingredients; stir by hand into egg and pineapple. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°. Cool before putting on topping.Topping:1 stick margarine3 c. powdered sugar6 oz. pkg. cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla
