- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- bag hash browns - 2 lb
How to make hash browns au gratin:
Place hash browns in 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat onion, butter, soup and sour cream. Spread over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Dot with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
