- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- cornflakes - 1 item
- Ore-Ida frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make hash browns:
Mix all ingredients in bowl, using only 1/2 stick melted butter. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Take 2 cups crumbled cornflakes and other 1/2 butter and mix together; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
