Hash brown quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- diced, fully cooked ham - 1 c
- frozen loose-pack, shredded hash browns, thawed - 3 c
How to make hash brown quiche:
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Combine cheese, green peppers and ham. Spoon over crust.In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Reduce heat to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
