Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 pkg
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup melted butter and cereal. Place in a large rectangular buttered cooking dish in a smooth, thin layer. Mix melted butter and cereal and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
