Hash brown potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 8 oz
- or as close as possible bag hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- small onion, chopped very fine or grated - 1 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix sour cream, butter, soup, cheese and onion. Then add thawed potatoes. Cook in sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or longer. You may sprinkle some cheese on top just before removing from oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
