  • butter or margarine, melted - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • Topping:2 c
  • hash brown frozen potatoes, defrost - 2 lb

How to make hash brown potato casserole:

Mix, bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.Topping:2 c. crushed cornflakes (frosted is better)1/4 c. margarine Sprinkle on top before baking.
