Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bag hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix all together and pour in a greased casserole. Top with paprika and more grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
