Hash brown casserole
Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- sour cream - 2 c
- grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 2/3 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Spray 9 x 13-inch casserole with Pam. Stir all ingredients together except oleo and cornflakes. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Crush 2 cups cornflakes and mix with melted oleo. Spread on top of casserole and bake during last 15 minutes of cooking time. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
