Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- minced onions - 1 c
- large bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Defrost hash browns and mix with all ingredients. Put into a greased 9 x 11-inch glass dish. Mix 1/2 cup margarine (melted) and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Put on top of potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
