Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Combine potatoes, margarine, sour cream, soup and onion in bowl. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
