Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• onion, minced - 1 item
• Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz

How to make hash brown casserole:

Combine potatoes, margarine, sour cream, soup and onion in bowl. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
