Hash brown casserole



  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • bag frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
  • cheese crackers, crumbled for topping - 1 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Place hash browns in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix other ingredients, except crackers. Spread mixture on top of hash browns and top with crackers. Bake for 45 minutes.
