Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated onion - 1/4 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- cornflake crumbs - 2 c
- bag hash brown potatoes frozen - 1 (2
- cheese, grated, or Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Melt oleo; put in crumbs. Put 1/2 mixture of crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole. Mix other ingredients. Put remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
