Hash brown casserole
Ingredients/Components
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- 1 can soup, cream of chicken - 10 oz
- 1 pkg - 10 oz
- 1 bag hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- 1 large tub sour cream - 16 oz
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- 1 stick butter, melted - 1/2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix ingredients together. Put mix in a 3-quart casserole dish.Bake at 350° for 1 hour (or until tender).
NOTE: You can also add one (6 ounce) can of ham.
