  • Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish

How to make hash brown casserole:

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup oleo, sour cream, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish. Prepare topping; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour, or until potatoes are done. Serves 8.Topping:2 c. crushed Ritz crackers1/4 c. melted margarine
