- bag uncooked hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- stack Town House crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
In large dish place hash brown potatoes. Mix soup, sour cream and onions. Spread over potatoes. Top with shredded cheese. Melt oleo; add to cracker crumbs. Put over other ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
