Ingredients/Components
- small onion - 1/2 item
- tube Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- bag shredded hash browns - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese or Velveeta
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix hash browns, chopped onion, soup and 1 cup cheese together. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and crackers. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
