Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can Durkee fried onions - 1 item
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except onions. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with onions. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
