Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- bag Southern-style hash browns - 1 item
- corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Let hash browns thaw for 1/2 hour. Mix all ingredients and some salt and pepper. Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with crumbs. Bake at 355° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
