- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- container sour cream - 1 (16
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- cornflakes - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Spread hash browns in casserole dish. Spread onion, cheese, chicken soup and sour cream as evenly as possible on top of hash browns. Crush cornflakes in your hands and spread evenly. Sprinkle melted margarine on top. Cover with foil. Cut slits in foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove foil the last 5 minutes to brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
