- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 32 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour on top of potatoes. Top with crushed flakes and melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
