Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- diced small onion - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes 5 c - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Put potatoes and onion in well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix the soup, Cheez Whiz and sour cream; pour on potatoes. Top with melted oleo mixed with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. May be made the night before and refrigerated.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
