- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- roll Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Place hash browns in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soups, onions and sour cream. Spread over hash browns. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Melt margarine and Ritz cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
