Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- potato chips - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients together except potato chips. Bake in casserole dish at 375° for 1 hour. Crumble potato chips over baked casserole. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until brown on top.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
