Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Stir well and spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Crush corn flakes and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
