- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Combine hash browns, chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, margarine, onion, salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
