  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb

How to make hash brown casserole:

Combine hash browns, chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, margarine, onion, salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350°.
