Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- bag hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
- sticks melted oleo - 2 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs and 1 stick oleo. Pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish. Cover with the bread crumbs and remaining stick oleo. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Note: May use 2 cups crushed cornflakes rather than the bread crumbs.
