Ingredients/Components

  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • stick melted margarine - 1 item
  • hash browns frozen - 24 oz
  • roll Ritz crackers - 1 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Thaw the hash brown potatoes and blend in sour cream, cheese, onion, soup and melted margarine. Crush the roll of Ritz crackers and blend with 1/2 stick of melted margarine. Put on top of casserole and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
