Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- hash browns frozen - 24 oz
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Thaw the hash brown potatoes and blend in sour cream, cheese, onion, soup and melted margarine. Crush the roll of Ritz crackers and blend with 1/2 stick of melted margarine. Put on top of casserole and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
