  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • shredded cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • frozen hash browns, thawed - 1 (32
  • can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 oz
  • Cup melted oleo - 1/2 item
  • Cup diced onion - 1/2 item
  • Cups cornflakes, crushed - 2 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Spoon into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Dot with oleo. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
