Ingredients/Components

• hash browns - 2 lb
• cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 c
• sour cream - 8 oz
• milk - 2 c
• minced onion - 1 item
• salt and pepper - 1 item
• dab of butter - 1 item
• cube butter - 1 item

How to make hash brown bake:

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Put in large pan. Melt butter. Mix with potato chips. Spread on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
