Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- beet water - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make harvard beets:
Mix and cook 5 minutes. Pour over 2 cups freshly cooked beets or canned beets, sliced or diced. Keep beets and sauce hot until served. Add butter size of walnut before serving.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
