- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- beets - 3 c
- beet water - 1/4 c
How to make harvard beets:
Take and cook first 5 ingredients until thick. Add beets and let stand 5 minutes or longer. Just before serving, heat and add butter.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
