- sugar - 1/4 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- cans beets - 2 item
How to make harvard beets:
In saucepan, put sugar, flour and salt. Slowly stir in vinegar; add butter. Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Add beets and cook until heated through, about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
